What you are buying

PetPortraitArt supplies digital pet artwork created from your photo with AI. Your purchase contains the files listed in your selected collection. Frames, physical printing and shipping are not included. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Preview before purchasing

You can choose one style for one free set of two watermarked portraits per session: one preserves the original scene, and one uses a clean background. Choose your style before submitting; further generation sets are not included in that session. Basic includes your selected original; Memorial and Gift include all originals from the selected set. Product mockups and delivered layouts use your selected portrait; included files depend on your collection. Room scenes and frame sizes are illustrative and do not guarantee print quality at those sizes. When you purchase a portrait, we deliver the same master artwork used to make that preview. We do not create a different portrait after payment. Color appearance can vary between screens and printers.

Your photos and permissions

Please upload only photographs you own or have permission to use. You must have permission to include any personal details in a gift or shared card. You retain your rights in the original photo. We use it to perform the service you requested.

Delivery and access

Delivery begins after Stripe confirms payment. Files are prepared asynchronously and sent through a private email link, valid for 24 hours. You may request a replacement link while files are retained. Purchased files are retained for 12 months unless you request deletion sooner. Please save a personal backup.

Digital content and withdrawal

At checkout you must explicitly request immediate fulfillment and acknowledge that, where applicable, your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once digital delivery begins. This does not limit rights you may have for faulty or misdescribed digital content.

If something is wrong

If you cannot access a purchased file, or it does not match the portrait you selected, reply to your delivery email so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. If a master file is lost or damaged, we will not silently replace it with a different generated image.

Printing and sharing

Print suitability depends on the master file’s actual dimensions. Wallpaper and poster canvases may be larger, but do not add detail to the original portrait. Sharing links offer online viewing and can be revoked. Your collection’s full-resolution downloads use a separate private download link.

Read our privacy policy for retention periods and photo deletion options. You can request a fresh download link using the email entered at checkout.
