Your photos. Your privacy.

We use your uploaded photo and the pet details you provide to create and deliver your chosen digital artwork. We collect your email for payment and delivery, and optional names or messages for your collection.

Private by default

Original photos, full-resolution artwork and finished files are stored privately. Your browser receives low-resolution, watermarked previews until payment is confirmed. Downloads require a private link; individual file links expire after five minutes.

How long we keep your files

Original photos: scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
Unpurchased artwork and previews: scheduled for deletion after 7 days.
Purchased artwork and deliverables: retained for 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion.
Download links: 24 hours. Separate share pages: 30 days, revocable from your download page.

Scheduled cleanup runs regularly; requested deletions are processed within 24 hours. Minimal order and payment records may be retained for accounting, disputes and applicable legal obligations after image deletion.

Services used to fulfill your request

We use fal.ai to process your photo into artwork, Supabase for application records, private S3-compatible storage for images, Stripe for checkout and tax, and Resend for delivery emails. Your payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PetPortraitArt. Each provider processes data under its own service terms.

Cookies and product analytics

An essential, HTTP-only session cookie connects your browser to its uploads and previews. A separate signed browser cookie, valid for 30 days, helps enforce free-preview limits. We record first-party product events, such as which creation you choose, to understand whether the service works. We do not send your email, photo filename or personal message in analytics events. Rate-limit keys use a keyed hash of the connection address; raw IP addresses are not stored in our rate-limit database. Product events are kept for 90 days.

Delete this browser session

If you have not placed an order, use this option on the browser where you uploaded your photo. It also removes any purchased artwork associated with this session.

I understand that this browser session’s photos and artwork will be deleted, including purchased files. Download and share links will stop working.

Delete artwork associated with an order

Enter your order email. We will send a confirmation link before revoking access and deleting associated photos and artwork.
